Pre-wired and tested at our facility before dispatch — reducing on-site installation time significantly. Each unit arrives fully assembled with labelled terminals, pre-terminated cables, and a commissioning checklist.

Which Fronius inverter models are compatible with your ATS boxes?
Our ATS boxes are designed and tested for Fronius Primo (single-phase), Symo (three-phase), and Eco series inverters. Compatibility extends across the current firmware versions for all three platforms. Please confirm your specific inverter model when ordering.
Does the ATS box void the Fronius inverter warranty?
No. Our ATS boxes interface with standard Fronius I/O connections and do not modify the inverter itself. They comply with Fronius’s technical requirements for external switching and are compatible with Fronius warranty conditions.
Can your ATS boxes work with other inverter brands?
Our current ATS range is specifically designed and optimised for Fronius. For other inverter brands, we recommend our custom-made board service where we can engineer a transfer switch solution to your specific inverter’s requirements.
What is included in the factory pre-testing?
Each unit undergoes a full functional test cycle — automatic transfer actuation in both directions, manual override verification, control voltage testing, and a wiring continuity check. A test certificate is included with the documentation.
Does the ATS box meet Australian grid compliance requirements?
Yes. Our ATS boxes are designed to work within an AS4777-compliant grid protection scheme. They do not replace the grid protection relay function but are designed to interface correctly with compliant protection boards.
What is the warranty and support arrangement?
All GreenBox ATS Boxes carry a 2-year warranty from date of dispatch. Our technical team provides email and phone support for installation queries, and we can arrange site support for complex commissioning scenarios.
